Over the 6 weeks of the program, we’ll focus on rebuilding your energy, shifting your mindset, and creating a real-life health plan that feels doable and sustainable.

What Happens Now:

1. Take a few minutes now to schedule time in your calendar

Make space each week for:

  • ✅ Live coaching session (60–90 mins)

  • ✅ Self-guided learning and reflection (approx. 2 hours)

2. Look out for your Welcome Email on Friday 25th April
This will include:

  • Zoom link for live coaching calls

  • Access to the private Facebook group

  • What to expect as we get started

3. Your first set of materials will arrive on Monday 28th April
You’ll receive a short video and printable workbook pages.
